1. Definition of Biblical Christianity

1.1 Christianity as a Relationship with God through Jesus Christ: Christianity is not merely a religion, but a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. It involves a personal encounter with God's love and forgiveness through faith in Jesus Christ. John 3:16

1.2 Christianity as a Lifestyle: Christianity is not just about attending church services, but it is a lifestyle that reflects the teachings and character of Jesus Christ. Romans 12:2

1.3 Christianity as a Commitment: Christianity involves a commitment to follow Jesus Christ, to live according to His teachings, and to be His witness in the world. Matthew 16:24

2. Biblical Basis of Christianity

2.1 The Bible as the Word of God: The Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the foundation of Christian faith and practice. 2 Timothy 3:16-17

2.2 The Bible as the (Revelation of God: The Bible reveals who God is, His character, His will, and His plan for humanity. It is through the Bible that we come to know God and understand His purposes. (Hebrews 1 1-2) Hebrews 1:1-2

2.3 The Bible as the Guide for Life: The Bible provides guidance for life, offering wisdom, principles, and commands for righteous living. It is the ultimate source of truth and morality. Psalm 119 105 Psalm 119:105

3. The Role of Jesus Christ in Christianity

3.1 Jesus Christ as the Son of God: Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the second person of the Trinity. He is fully God and fully man, who came to earth to reveal God to humanity. John 1:14

3.2 Jesus Christ as the Savior: Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world. He died on the cross for our sins, and through His death and resurrection, we receive forgiveness and eternal life. (1 John 4 14 (1 John 4 14) 1 John 4:14

3.3 Jesus Christ as the Lord: Jesus Christ is the Lord of all. As Christians, we acknowledge His lordship over our lives, submitting to His authority and seeking to obey His commands. Philippians 2:11

4. The Role of the Holy Spirit in Christianity

4.1 The Holy Spirit as the Helper: The Holy Spirit is our Helper, who empowers us to live the Christian life. He guides us, teaches us, and helps us to understand the truths of God's Word. John 14:26

4.2 The Holy Spirit as the Convicter: The Holy Spirit convicts us of sin, righteousness, and judgment. He leads us to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. John 16:8

4.3 The Holy Spirit as the Seal: The Holy Spirit is the seal of our salvation. He assures us of our relationship with God and our eternal inheritance in Christ. Ephesians 1:13-14
