1.2 The Source of Negativity: Negativity often stems from our sinful nature, which is prone to unbelief, fear, and discontentment. It can also be influenced by our experiences, circumstances, and the world around us. Romans 7:18
2.1 On the Individual: Negativity can lead to a variety of harmful effects on the individual, including stress, anxiety, depression, and physical health problems. It can also hinder one's spiritual growth and relationship with God. Proverbs 17:22
2.2 On Relationships: Negativity can also damage relationships, causing conflict, division, and bitterness. It can prevent us from loving others as God has commanded us to. Ephesians 4:31
3.1 Renewing the Mind: The Bible instructs us to renew our minds, replacing negative thoughts with God's truth. This involves meditating on God's Word, praying, and seeking God's perspective in all situations. Romans 12:2
