1. Understanding the Nature of God's Promises

1.1 God's Promises are Unconditional: God's promises are not based on our actions or worthiness, but on His goodness and faithfulness. 2 Timothy 2:13

1.2 God's Promises are Irrevocable: Once God has made a promise, He will not change His mind or take it back. Romans 11:29

1.3 God's Promises are Eternal: God's promises are not just for the present moment, but they extend into eternity. 2 Corinthians 1:20

2. Examples of God's Unchanging Promises

2.1 Promise of Salvation: God's promise to save those who believe in Him is unchanging and everlasting. John 3:16

2.2 Promise of Presence: God promises to never leave us nor forsake us, regardless of our circumstances. Deuteronomy 31:6

2.3 Promise of Provision: God promises to provide for our needs according to His riches in glory. Philippians 4:19

3. Trusting in God's Unchanging Promises

3.1 Faith in God's Promises: Our faith should not be in our circumstances, but in God's unchanging promises. Hebrews 11:1

3.2 Patience in God's Promises: We must patiently wait for God's promises to be fulfilled in His perfect timing. Hebrews 6:15

3.3 Confidence in God's Promises: We can have confidence in God's promises because He is faithful and true. Hebrews 10:23

4. Living in Light of God's Unchanging Promises

4.1 Obedience to God: Trusting in God's promises leads us to live in obedience to Him. John 14:15

4.2 Hope in God: God's unchanging promises give us hope for the future. Romans 15:13

4.3 Joy in God: Knowing and believing in God's promises brings us joy. Psalm 16:11
