1. Understanding the Nature of Love

1.1 Love as God's Nature: God is love, and His love is the source of all other forms of love. It is pure, selfless, and unconditional. 1 John 4:8

1.2 Love as a Commandment: God commands us to love Him and to love one another. This is not optional, but a requirement for all believers. Matthew 22:37-39

4.1 Strengthens the Church: When love is the bond of unity, the church becomes stronger. It can withstand any form of attack or division. Ephesians 4:16

4.2 Reflects Christ's Love: When we love one another, we reflect Christ's love to the world. This can draw others to Him. John 13:35

4.3 Glorifies God: When we live in unity through love, we glorify God. This is the ultimate purpose of our lives. Romans 15:5-6
