4.1 Being filled with the Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit is the overflow of the living water in our lives. When we are filled with the Spirit, our spiritual thirst is quenched. Ephesians 5:18
4.2 Walking in the Spirit: To experience the overflow of the Holy Spirit, we must walk in the Spirit. This means living in accordance with the Spirit's guidance and not gratifying the desires of the flesh. Galatians 5:16
4.3 Bearing the fruit of the Spirit: When our spiritual thirst is quenched, we will bear the fruit of the Spirit, which includes love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Galatians 5:22-23
