1. Understanding Our Human Weakness

3.1 Through faith: We must believe in God's strength and trust Him to provide for us. Hebrews 11:6

3.2 Through prayer: We can access God's strength through prayer, asking Him to fill us with His power. Philippians 4:6

4. The Benefits of Relying on God's Strength

4.1 Spiritual growth: Relying on God's strength helps us to grow spiritually and become more like Christ. Ephesians 4:15

4.2 Peace and joy: When we rely on God's strength, we experience His peace and joy, regardless of our circumstances. John 14:27

4.3 Victory over sin and temptation: With God's strength, we can overcome sin and resist temptation. 1 Corinthians 10:13

5. Examples of People who Relied on God's Strength

5.1 David: Despite facing formidable enemies, David relied on God's strength and was victorious. 1 Samuel 17:47

5.2 Paul: Despite his physical weakness and numerous hardships, Paul relied on God's strength to spread the Gospel. 2 Corinthians 12:9-10

5.3 Jesus: Even Jesus, the Son of God, relied on God's strength during His time on earth, especially during His crucifixion. Matthew 26:39
